Côte d’Ivoire’s “TGV” (high-speed train) is the second-youngest player on the plane to North America. The Hoffenheim forward is an old-fashioned winger – he is left-footed and plays off the left – with his main aim to set up teammates rather than shoot himself. The 20-year-old is mature for his age and capable of pulling the strings in midfield too. Pace is his main asset and that makes him a dangerous proposition off the bench against tiring defenders. “Bazou” may come across club teammate Oliver Baumann in the Germany goal during the group stage (although chances of that receded when Manuel Neuer was called up). “He’s a club legend and like a mentor. He helps me with everything,” Touré said recently.
