“The Algerian Verratti” is how Titraoui is often seen by North African fans. No Algerian player is better at sitting in front of the defence and dictating play with precise, progressive passing than the Charleroi midfielder. His pass completion rate hovers around 85%, and he excels at reading the game and making timely interceptions. Another trait he shares with Verratti, though, is a tendency to pick up bookings.
